THE PROBLEM I HELP SOLVE

The problem isn’t that love is complicated. The problem is getting stuck in it.

Maybe you talk a lot, but don’t feel any closer. Or you say less and less, because every conversation hurts all over again. You want freedom, but not at the cost of safety. Whatever your relationship form, the patterns are recognisable.

DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?

What I help resolve

I help people who feel stuck in love break destructive patterns and rediscover clarity, safety, desire and connection, in whatever relationship form fits them.

The same arguments, again and again

Different topics, but the same feeling. You lose each other in the way the conversation unfolds.

Distance or silence

Less is shared, less is touched, less is said out loud. The connection feels more fragile.

Loss of (sexual) intimacy

Touch, sex, playfulness or desire feel under pressure, and you don’t know how to open up that conversation.

Jealousy or insecurity

Freedom and safety collide. Boundaries, agreements and desires need clarity.

Doubts about the future

Stay, leave, repair or choose each other again. You don’t need to be sure yet to begin.

DEFINITION

What is couples therapy?

Couples therapy offers guidance for people who want to understand why love gets stuck, and how they can relate differently to themselves and each other. Not to point to one person as the problem, but to make the pattern visible.

Good couples therapy not only helps you communicate better, but also listen differently, respond differently, and choose anew how love, boundaries, and connection can take shape.

Couples therapy or relationship coaching?

Relationship coaching is practical and future-focused: what do you want to do and choose differently? Couples therapy also looks at the deeper layer: old pain, beliefs, attachment patterns and trauma.

In my work, I combine both: practical enough to create real change, deep enough not to stay on the surface.

MY MOTTO

Couples therapy with room for love, truth and freedom

My motto is ‘Long-term Love with Joy in Freedom’. This means love can stay alive, with truth, desire and space for who you are.

In my work, it’s not about going back to how things used to be. It’s about discovering what kind of love feels right now.

Why waiting often costs more than beginning

Most people wait years before asking for help. In the meantime, patterns become more deeply ingrained and the distance grows.

Most people wait years before asking for help. In the meantime, patterns become more deeply ingrained and the distance grows.

Sometimes it resolves itself. But more often, arguments become harsher, silences longer and touch more rare. A free discovery call commits you to nothing. It helps you stop carrying the question of whether support is right for you on your own.

Research shows that most couples wait an average of six years before seeking couples therapy. During that time, patterns can become so deeply ingrained that repair takes more time.
